Introducing the Tinkery Partner Program

Expanding what data teams can actually deliver — and monetize

Over the past year, we’ve spent a lot of time speaking with teams working close to data — agencies building dashboards, marketing ops teams trying to bring structure to their CRM, and data consultancies stitching together pipelines across multiple tools.

Despite the differences in context, the situation tends to converge in a familiar way. The data is there, the dashboards are in place, and a significant amount of work has already gone into making everything usable. And yet, at some point, the same doubt appears: the numbers don’t fully add up.

It might be a mismatch between CRM and analytics, attribution that feels inconsistent, or pipeline metrics that look cleaner than expected. Nothing is completely broken, but there is enough friction to make decision-making harder than it should be.

That’s usually the moment where the nature of the problem changes.

Where most teams hit a ceiling

Over the past few years, modern BI stacks have made it much easier to visualize data. That part of the stack is largely solved. What becomes harder is connecting all the cables together, as well as everything that sits underneath.

As systems evolve independently, structural inconsistencies begin to accumulate: duplicate records in the CRM, attribution logic that drifts across tools, lifecycle stages that are no longer consistently applied, and revenue definitions that subtly diverge.

At that point, adding more reporting doesn’t solve the issue. The challenge is no longer visibility, but reliability.

And this is also where the opportunity shifts.

Because once companies realize that their data is not fully reliable, the conversation moves from dashboards to decision-making infrastructure — which is both more strategic and more valuable.

Why we built this

We didn’t start with the idea of building a partner program.

We got there by noticing that many of the teams closest to this problem — agencies, RevOps and Marketing ops specialists, data and AI consultancies — were already seeing these issues in their day-to-day work.

They had the context, the client relationships, and they could see where things were breaking down.

What was missing was a structured way to:

  • Address these issues consistently
  • Position them commercially
  • Turn them into repeatable, higher-value engagements

So instead of trying to replace what these teams do, we built something that extends it.

What this unlocks for partners

For partners, this is less about adding a new service line and more about unlocking value that is already present in their client base.

In practice, it tends to create three immediate benefits:

  1. Higher-value conversations.  Instead of focusing purely on reporting, conversations shift towards data reliability, attribution, and decision-making — areas that are closer to the core of the business.
  2. Larger and more strategic engagements. Once inconsistencies are visible, companies are much more willing to invest in deeper work (data modeling, CRM structure, attribution logic, etc.), often leading to €10K–€100K+ projects.
  3. Recurring revenue opportunities. Beyond project work, Tinkery introduces a SaaS layer that partners can include as part of their offering, creating ongoing value for clients and predictable revenue.

In many cases, this results in a clear increase in revenue per client — without needing to acquire new ones.

How the partner model works

We’ve structured the program around three main ways of working together, depending on the partner’s profile and capabilities.

1. Referral Partners

Partners who have access to the right decision-makers but prefer not to deliver the work themselves.

  • Introduce qualified opportunities
  • Tinkery handles sales, delivery and onboarding
  • Earn commission on closed deals

Typical profiles include advisory groups, networks, or operators with strong access but limited delivery capacity.

2. Reseller / Implementation Partners

Partners who want to both sell and deliver.

  • Own the commercial relationship (often jointly at the beginning)
  • Deliver implementation and ongoing services
  • Earn significant margins on licenses + full ownership of services revenue

These are typically boutique consultancies already working with CRM, RevOps or analytics stacks.

3. Agency Partners

Agencies managing multiple clients and looking to productize part of their offering.

  • Use Tinkery as a platform across multiple client accounts
  • Deliver reporting, insights and data services as an ongoing layer
  • Scale revenue through a combination of platform usage and services

This model works particularly well for (marketing or revops) agencies already managing multi-channel reporting for clients.

A simple progression

Across all partner types, most engagements follow a similar pattern:

  • A clear entry point (typically a 21-day Data Recovery Sprint)
  • Expansion into deeper project work once issues are visible
  • An ongoing SaaS layer to maintain and scale the solution

This creates a natural path from:

initial insight → structured work → recurring value

Who this is for

We are intentionally selective.

The program is designed for teams that are already operating close to data and commercial operations, and that want to expand their role.

This typically includes:

  • Boutique data / AI consultancies
  • RevOps specialists
  • Growth and performance agencies
  • CRM and analytics experts

What matters most is not the label, but the context: You are already working with companies that rely on data — and occasionally question it.

How we work together

We’ve kept the model deliberately simple and aligned.

  • You bring the relationship and context
  • We bring the structure, methodology and platform
  • We collaborate on delivery where it makes sense
  • We share the upside

There is no heavy certification process upfront, no rigid framework, and no unnecessary complexity. The focus is on building something that works commercially — and scales.

If this resonates

We’re currently working with a small number of partners and selectively opening new collaborations.

If this feels close to the work you are already doing — or the direction you want to move towards — we’d be happy to talk. Fill in your details here (can also be found at the footer of the website) and we’ll be in touch right away.

It’s time to stop fighting your data

Whether you’re scaling a startup or running lean at a growth stage, you need reporting you can trust and data you don’t have to babysit.

Tinkery gives you the confidence to act with clean, blended, and enriched insights you control.
